When you call, a live person with answers to your questions picks up the phone.

Your institution can re-invest time and energy to growth due to an efficient and effective CPI program.

Together, we develop a time-tested strong business partnership.

We see the needs of the individual financial institution. Customer service is not a motto at ISI, it is the core of our foundation and focus of everything we do.

Since 1992, Insurance Systems Incorporated (ISI) has partnered with financial institutions for many different types of programs and services. We have organically grown through word of mouth and the development of "Raving Fans" throughout our partner relationships.  Our growth continually allows us to adapt and serve our clients and the financial institution industry. We deliver advanced technology, product innovation, and provide individualized programs.

Leadership team

John maccurdy

John was a proper native Texan who wore the boots and ten gallon hat as a younger man.  His hobbies and life interests have clearly followed him into his senior years where he volunteers as a marshal at a local gun range.  He moved to the Charlotte, North Carolina area in 1992 with the intent to start a financial services company.  His prior background was deeply rooted in the lending community, and he felt he could provide a high quality product while still remaining true to core beliefs of a service driven mentality.  Another one of his life loves, was watching his son grow up playing the sport of baseball.  To this day John remains active in the company, but prefers to spend his days with his grandchild and family.

Executive Vice President

Joshua Boaz

Josh is our Knoxville native, growing up around the city’s downtown and surrounding counties. Now they can be found enjoying a more simple life taking it easy on a local patio or relaxing at the lake. Josh has an entrepreneurial spirit that has allowed him to have owned and operated several different companies in the insurance and automotive industries, as well as owning a local dentist practice with his wife. His loves in life are God, family, and making life-long friendships through all walks of life.

Vice President of Administration

Robin Geaslin

Robin is what someone might call a "World Traveler" as she loves exploring life and visiting countries like: Peru, Costa Rica, Iceland, Australia, various countries in Europe, and more.

She is originally from Texas, but considers herself to have grown up in Michigan where she lived for 18 years.

She has spent the majority of her adult life in Tennessee after relocating there in 2003.  If she isn't at the office you would find her participating in one of her outdoor hobbies like rock climbing, backpacking, and mountain biking. But there is definitely a softer side that enjoys a good book, painting, or drawing in her down time.  Professionally, she has been in the insurance industry since 2012 and continues to love working with our ever growing business partners.

Vice President of Operations

Jennifer Shelton

Jennifer moved to Knoxville in 2008 to attend the University of Tennessee where she fell in love with our scruffy little city, never making her way back to her hometown of Rose Hill, Virginia. She joined ISI in 2017, quickly working her way through multiple departments to her current position. Because of her hands-on experience in various roles here at ISI, she is our go-to gal for improving processes and procedures. Jennifer values time with her family, traveling, cooking, and watching professional sporting events. She is most likely to be found on her patio enjoying some downtime with her wife, Eboni, and their two Aussies, Cali and June.

Vice President of Financial Systems

Ciera Mchenry

Ciera is originally from a small town outside of Columbus, Ohio and moved to Tennessee in 2005. In 2010, she decided to move back to Ohio, but found herself missing the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains and most importantly her family.  This ultimately drove her back to Tennessee for good in 2014.  Her career in the insurance industry started in 2011, handling physical damage & bodily injury claims while attending college for her accounting degree. She joined ISI in 2017, where she learned the ins and out of collateral protection insurance and the values of not only providing our clients with a great product but also great customer service. When not reading CPI policy jargon, you can find her spending time with her family, reading, organizing, or cuddling up to watch the Buckeyes play with her two beagles, Willow & Copper. Go Bucks!

Senior Vice President of File Management

Danielle Clark

Danielle is one of our most tenured employees having been with the company over 20 years.  Danielle moved to Knoxville TN in 1995 by way of Fort Payne, AL. and began her career in insurance almost immediately.  Her love for a little bit of peace and quiet settled her right outside of Knoxville in a town called, Maryville with her daughter, Lily and partner, Jeff.  There are a few things in life that Danielle is more passionate about than her cats, Butters and Baby Kitten.  When Danielle isn’t navigating  the ins and outs of the insurance world, you can find her tending to one of her many plants or binge-watching true crime stories.
