I was floored when I saw my car note was going to double for August because your office had not received my insurance. April was patient and walked me through sending documents directly to her and how to get Shell FCU added as my lender on my dec page. Once she received the required documents, she was able to rush the refund to be processed for tomorrow. Hallelujah! This may be routine for your agents, but this would have been life altering for me. Yet April's sweet demeanor kept me calm so she could help me fix it. I'm a single mom and some months are hard... like not sure if I can afford my medication, hard. Doubling my note (that is on auto draft) would have been devastating for my budget - as in missing a mortgage payment devastating. April saved the day! She made it so I don't have to worry about crippling debt next month. April is a BLESSING!
